Elizabeth was found begging to come indoors once the weather got cold. She was taken inside and fed by Derksen Trucking staff, until animal control came to pick her up. She was taken to the pound and assessed by Furever Friends, who rushed her to the vet for a very bad respiratory infection. She has recovered from her infection, but will always have a wheezing sound when breathing and a raspy purr - and she really loves to purr! She is quirky, extremely well behaved and quiet; as lots of the very appreciative rescue cats are! She was adopted right after she became famous in The Altona Echo, even though she still needed some medication; her furever family adores her and she adores them in return. She is an inside only cat with plenty of love and attention from her new favourite boy, Alex.
