Casper
Sex: Male
Intake: December 10, 2015
Adopted: February 27, 2016
New Name: Mozza
Casper was being chased by a resident cat near the Bergthaler church in Altona. Neighbours in the area observed that he had been hanging around the area since Fall. A team of Furever Friends volunteers managed to get him down from the tree where he was hiding. He then went to the Altona pound with the Animal Control Officer to see if he had a home within the community. When he was not claimed he entered into the Furever Friends adoption program. Casper had a really bad ear infection that was preventing him from hearing. His foster mom got that all fixed up and now he hears perfectly.
Casper is a quiet, playful kitty that has gone to a wonderful home. He loves other cats and is one of the sweetest guys we have ever rescued. Casper’s name was changed to Mozzarella and this is an update from his family:
Mozzarella is doing wonderful! He is best friends with his two feline family members Max and Cheddar. He loves to annoy his canine family Tonka and Daisy. His favourite sleeping position is in between us on the bed and on Sunday nights he watches his favourite TV shows. He loves daily brushings and cat treats. Adopting Mozza into our family has been the most rewarding experience and we couldn't imagine life without him ❤!
